Linda Murray
Linda Murray is an experienced administrator who believes we can do more with less - and that's why she's running for Council.
Having spent 12 years working in Community Relations for the city of Indianapolis, Murray knows when government isn't serving the people. Since her return to her hometown of Willingboro, Linda has been giving back by serving on the Human Relations Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment Commission.
Linda's work for the community doesn't end there, though.
Linda also plays a leadership role in the advancement and retention of membership for several organizations, including the Southern Burlington County Chapter of the NAACP, American Association of University Women, and the American Society for Public Administration, Rutgers University Alumni Association, and serves as a board member of the Genesis School of Business, Inc.
Linda currently teaches at the Mt. Laurel YMCA and Rutgers University-Camden. She is a graduate of
John F. Kennedy High School and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. Upon moving back to New Jersey in 2007, Murray entered Rutgers University and obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Linda's education and experience are the tools she's going to use to see to it that Willingboro's government lives within its means, does more with less, and serves and communicates with the 37,000 people who call Willingboro home.
